I want to setup my own Web Hosting company..... How can i do..it...Please tell me the steps and procedure?

1. Find a cheap hosting company in Inidia or China


2. Buy service from them


3. Repackage.





Or the other way.


1. Find building, then do an enviromental impact study of having a server farm in that location.


2. Contract to get a bunch of t1 lines going into the building


3. Buy a ton of server


4. Hire a bunch of techies


5. Hire a bunch of lawyers


6. Pay huge electric bill


7. Write lots of procedures on how to do things


8. Hire a very good security firm


9. Buy a 2nd building, so you can have an offsite back of the data


10. Do all the same for the second site.


11. Travel between the sites often.








The easist way is to buy service in bulk from an already set up provider and re-sell it from there.

1) Set up a reseller account with another web hosting company. And you sell their web hosting plans. If you were to do it this way, you don't have to have any servers on your end. You don't need to hire any techies to maintain your servers. Plus, usually, the web hosting company would take all the tech. support calls for you. So, this is the cheapest way to do it.





2) You can need to buy a server on your own and then host the web applications on your server. If you were to do it this way, you would need to have the knowledge of maintaining a server. If you don't have the knowledge, you would need to hire someone who has. And also, you would need to be the one answering all the tech. support calls. Again, if you don't want to answer calls yourself, you would need to hire someone who will. This would be the more expensive way to do it.
