every company that has a well-managed website has a "contact us" or so option on their website's homepage. go to your web-hosting company's website, they must be having a similar option about contacting them. look for their company's e-mail address. once you have it, simply e-mail them asking about their server.

if they are having a 'FAQ' or 'Question Answer' page on their website info about the technologies they use and the type of servers they are having would be probably there.
