I had a domain with IX Web Hosting, but it has Site Studio which doesn't let me put my own backkground???
If it is free web hosting you have to stick with it, else switch to another web hosting like http://aplis.net/

Use pages.google.com if you know how to edit the html.
Otherwise use 1%26amp;1.
